Best of the Blogs
I listen to the NPR news summary every day on my iPod, and it pointed me at this award site for the Weblog Awards site. I'm thinking this might be a good place to harvest some worthwhile blogs and podcasts to add to my collection...anybody out there have any other podcast suggestions?

The Weblog awards are OK - but you're not going to find good out-of-the-way blogs there. Blogs that win (or get nominated for that matter) this award are typically well-known blogs that appeal to the masses. I like the fringe bloggers myself. They tend to be trend makers.
Agreed. I spend most of my time on-line deciding what *not* to read. Eventually I'll work my way out to the gems that nobody else knows about (yet). I have to work my way through your archives, methinks, to start.
